Mariela Ontiveros is a board-certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing medicine since 2016. A proud Texas A&M Aggie, she brings years of medical experience together with a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping patients feel confident in their own skin.

Her approach to aesthetics is centered on enhancing each patient’s natural features while creating refreshed, balanced, and beautiful results. She believes the best aesthetic treatments should complement what makes each person unique—not change who they are.

Mariela provides personalized treatments including neuromodulators such as Botox®, Daxxify®, and Dysport®, dermal fillers, wellness treatments, IV hydration, and medically guided weight-management services.

Outside of her clinical work, Mariela is proud of her Aggie roots and values building genuine, lasting relationships with her patients. Her goal is to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their treatment decisions.

Miranda Gutierrez, NP

With over 12 years of experience in healthcare, Miranda Gutierrez, NP brings a strong foundation of clinical knowledge, patient care, and a commitment to helping her patients look and feel their best.

Throughout her career, Miranda has developed extensive experience in IV therapy and management across both adult and pediatric populations. Her broad clinical background has strengthened her focus on safety, individualized care, and creating a comfortable experience for every patient.

Passionate about aesthetics and wellness, Miranda has completed specialized training in neurotoxin and dermal filler treatments through the National Laser Institute of Dallas. She takes a personalized approach to aesthetic treatments, focusing on enhancing each patient’s natural features while maintaining balanced, refreshed, and natural-looking results.

Miranda is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel confident in their treatment choices.
